My initial experience of 2 weeks was the essential first step in discovering that my vertigo and tiredness were linked to anxiety related to my relationship. Following this, I added acupuncture (bodywork) which brought up a lot of emotions as well. Then after doing a heart-centred meditation and writing a ‘brain dump’ letter to my partner, I realized that the anxiety uncovered with Petya was linked to my expectations about the relationship not the current state of the relationship. Once I wrote the letter, the tiredness vanished!

A Personal Invitation from Petya
Hey, I’m Petya. A MindBody Expert and Spiritual Mentor for conscious womxn with children who have a vision of feeling amazing in your body.
It took me a while to understand and get a hold on this. I used to hide behind this statement: “I’m just so tired..” We all do this and it’s okay to recognize this pattern.
How have I come to know this so well? Three years ago,I become a stay at home mom to a super cute, but very active little girl. At around the same time, I started to transition my business online from an in-person therapy practice.
This means that I’ve been working endlessly on the backend of my business. Creating, serving clients and putting structures in place, all while caring for a small child – not a small endeavour at the least. I was basically trying to be everything to everyone..

Needless to say, tiredness and overwhelm aren’t strangers to me. In this brand new live workshop, I’ll share what I know that has worked for me and what I see is helping so many of my clients.
